Y-NOT is a nomadic cocktail project shaped by the rhythms of Venice and the small, defiant plants that grow in its cracks. It’s artisanal, attentive to details, and slightly suspicious of trends.
Our bar surfaces when it wants to—shaking wild herbs, fine spirits, and question marks, in equal parts. It appears only under certain circumstances, like ideas and tides, when conditions are just right.
Our micro-bar is ideal for ephemeral moments: think temporary setups in art galleries, intimate private events, small festivals, and other pop-up projects in unconventional spaces. We’re versatile enough to meet any request while never sacrificing our commitment to ethical standards and uncompromised quality.

Nam is a food processing engineer who followed his curiosity to Venice. In 2024 he recognized the absence of a genuine cocktail alchemist in town and decided it was time to shake things up—thus, Y-NOT was born.
